    FOR EAST CENTRAL WEBB COUNTY...
    At 639 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 15 miles northeast
    of Ranchitos Las Lomas, or 25 miles west of Freer, moving southeast
    at 40 mph. This storm has a history of producing large hail.
    HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
    SOURCE...Radar indicated.
    IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
    damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
    damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
    This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of east
    central Webb County.
