* At 915 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. 3 to 6 inches of rain have
fallen and more showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop
and move across the warned area. Much of the area has had periods
of heavy rainfall since late Saturday. This ground is close to
saturated in places and so additional rainfall will more quickly
become runoff. Flooding is ongoing and may get worse with the
additional rainfall.
