Van Zandt County in north central Texas...
Rains County in north central Texas...
* Until 500 PM CDT.
* At 155 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms that were
producing heavy rainfall across the area. Excessive runoff from
these thunderstorms will cause minor flooding. Areas that are low
lying or usually experience poor drainage are most likely to
experience flooding. This means some low water crossings in the
region may become impassable. Up to an inch and a half of rain has
already fallen.

Terrell, Seagoville, Forney, Kaufman, Canton, Wills Point,
Sunnyvale, Grand Saline, Mabank, Crandall, Van, Combine, Talty,
Edgewood, Emory, Kemp, East Tawakoni, Fruitvale, Edom and Grays
Prairie.
An additional inch of rainfall is expected over the area. This
additional rain will cause minor flooding.
