    CENTRAL VAL VERDE COUNTY...
    At 602 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
    rain have shifted north of US Highway 90 and east of State Highway
    163 to along the Devils River watershed south of Juno with light
    rain elsewhere across the warned area. Radar has estimated up to 6
    inches of rain have already fallen with the highest amounts near
    Comstock. Flash flooding will continue.

    Governors Landing, Amistad Recreation Area - Diablo East, Amistad
    Recreation Area - Black Brush Point, Amistad Acres, Seminole Canyon
    State Park, Shumla, Box Canyon, Amistad Recreation Area - Long Point,
    Pafford Crossing, Amistad Recreation Area - Rock Quarry Campground,
    Devils River SNA - Big Satan, Bakers Crossing, Amistad Recreation
    Area - Pecos River Boat Ramp, Amistad Recreation Area - Rough Canyon,
    Amistad Recreation Area - Spur 406 Campground, Salem Point and Devils
    River SNA - Del Norte.
    Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible mainly
    along the Devils River watershed south of Juno.
