    the Nueces River Below Uvalde.
    * At 7:30 AM Wednesday the stage was 11.5 feet.
    * Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
    * Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
    * Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by late
    Wednesday morning.
    * Impact...At 11.0 feet...Minor lowland flooding nine miles southwest of
    Uvalde closes the Farm to Market 481 bridge floor. Livestock in the flood
    plain should be moved to higher ground.
