SOUTHEASTERN TERRELL COUNTY...
At 1033 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated rain had ended across the
warned area. However, flooding will continue for an hour or two. Up
to two inches of rain have already fallen. The threat of flash
flooding continues.
Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern
Terrell County.
