* Until 715 PM CDT.
* At 115 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
light to moderate rain falling across the warned area. Three to
seven inches of rain have fallen with locally higher amounts.
Flash flooding is already occurring across the area. While the
heavier rains have temporarily moved out of the hardest hit areas,
additional heavier showers and thunderstorms are possible through
the afternoon with an additional two to five inches of rain
possible.

Vidor, Bridge City, Silsbee, Kountze, Evadale, Central Gardens,
