    * Portions of northwest Texas and the Panhandle of Texas,
    including the following areas, in northwest Texas, Crosby,
    Floyd, Garza, Hale, Hockley, Lubbock, Lynn, Terry, and Yoakum.
    In the Panhandle of Texas, Briscoe and Swisher.
    * Until 7 AM CDT this morning
    * Total additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches for the South
    Plains, with 2 to 4 inches in the Rolling Plains and the
    southeast Texas Panhandle. Locally higher amounts are possible.
