    At 648 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an outflow boundary moving
    quickly across the region. Movement was south at 30 mph. Several
    automated weather stations have already reported winds of 40 to 50
    mph.
    Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.

    Stephenville, Granbury, Comanche, Eastland, Cisco, Dublin, Ranger,
    Pecan Plantation, Glen Rose, De Leon, Gorman, Rising Star, Gordon,
    Gustine, Lipan, Huckabay, Dinosaur Valley State Park, Morgan Mill,
    Oak Trail Shores and Tolar.
