CENTRAL SAN JACINTO AND POLK COUNTIES...
At 1027 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already
fallen. High water has been reported on 59 north of Corrigan and FM
356 near Onalaska but those roads remain open with minimal travel
impacts. With additional rain flash flooding is still
possible in the warned area.

Seven Oaks, Lake Livingston State Park, Alabama-Coushatta
Reservation, West Livingston, Leggett, Moscow and Segno.
