    * At 706 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
    heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
    already fallen. An additional one to three inches of rain are
    possible over the next couple of hours. Flash flooding has already
    been reported in portions of Lufkin.
