    * At 1:00 PM Wednesday the stage was 11.0 feet.
    * Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
    * Minor flooding is forecast.
    * Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage by
    tomorrow morning and continue to rise to near 18.3 feet by
    tomorrow early afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage
    by tomorrow late afternoon.
    * Impact...At 18.0 feet...Minor lowland flooding of pasture land will
    occur.
