    is in effect from late Tuesday morning through late Tuesday
    evening.

    Hansford...Ochiltree...Lipscomb...Hutchinson...Roberts...
    Hemphill...Gray...Wheeler...Donley and Collingsworth.
    * 20 Foot Winds...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
    Winds will shift to the west-northwest during the evening on
    Tuesday.
    * Relative Humidity...As low as 5 percent.
    * Red Flag Threat Index...7 to 8.
    * Timing...Critical to extremely critical fire weather conditions
    are possible starting late Tuesday morning and ending late
