    * Flood Warning for...
    Reagan County in western Texas...
    * Until 1015 AM CDT.
    * At 712 AM CDT, Reports from Regan County indicate that portions of
    Highway 67 are flooded. Radar estimates that a widespread 3 to 5
    inches of rain fell across a large part of eastern Reagan County
    and automated reports from the Texas Tech Mesonet site in Big
    Lakes show that 3.61 inches fell. Heavy rain has moved east of the
    area, but it will takes some time for flood waters to runoff.
