Northern Red River County in northeastern Texas...
* Until 530 AM CDT.
* At 132 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen
with some three to four inches in a few locations yesterday.
* Some locations that will experience minor flooding include...
Idabel, Broken Bow, Bagwell, Manchester, Detroit, Haworth, Garvin,
Farmers Hill, Negley, Harris, Woodland, Silver City, Holly Creek,
Albion and Bryarly.
Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding over a large area.
