    * Until 500 AM CDT.
    * At 159 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
    heavy rain which will cause flooding. Up to one inch of rain has
    already fallen in the past couple of hours. The ground is well
    saturated as three to six inches of rain has already fallen over
    the same area over the past 72 hours.

    Amarillo, Hereford, Canyon, Vega, Lake Tanglewood, Adrian, Glenrio,
    Buffalo Lake, Bushland, Valley De Oro, Boys Ranch, Umbarger,
    Bootleg, Wildorado, Palo Duro Canyon, Mescalero Park, Dawn, Simms
    and Timbercreek Canyon.
