    Areas near the coast will be slower to improve with sea fog
    flowing in off the Gulf.

    The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has issued a
    Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 11 AM CST this
    morning.
    * EVENT...Dense fog reducing visibility to 1/4 mile or less at
    times. The visibility should be improving this morning as
    temperatures begin to warm and winds increase.
