    Southeastern Nueces County in south central Texas...
    * Until 1215 PM CDT.
    * At 1022 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated rapidly-moving heavy rain
    due to an area of showers and thunderstorms. This will cause urban
    and small stream flooding in the advisory area, mainly in areas of
    poor drainage and construction areas.
