At 523 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms
moving across the Texas and Louisiana state line, extending from
east of Jefferson Texas to near Center Texas. These storms were
moving north northeast at 25 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.
