* At 127 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain that is beginning to move into the warned area. Grounds
remain saturated in wake of widespread heavy rains that have
already fallen since Tuesday. Flash flooding is expected to begin
shortly.

Mount Pleasant, Gilmer, Mineola, Pittsburg, Winnsboro, Hagansport,
Leesburg, Mount Vernon, Daingerfield, Quitman, Lone Star, Naples,
Hawkins, Omaha, Cason, Us 259 And I 30 Intersection, Scroggins,
Pleasant Grove, Rocky Branch and Hainesville.
Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches, with isolated
higher amounts, are possible in the warned area through late
afternoon.
