Brazoria...Inland Galveston...Inland Harris...Inland
Matagorda...Matagorda Islands...Montgomery...Northern
Liberty...Polk...San Jacinto and Southern Liberty.
* Until 7 PM CDT this evening
* Showers and thunderstorms will continue moving across the area
today. Flash flooding is already occurring on Galveston Island.
An additional 1 to 3 inches of rainfall is possible through this
afternoon.
* Primary impacts will likely be street flooding and low water
crossings. Minor flooding is possible of streams and bayous in
the area though any flooding would likely be limited to just
the smaller watersheds.
