    * At 911 AM CDT, The Department of Public Safety continues to report
    extensive flooding along Highway 158 near Spraberry in Midland
    County and 3 miles north of Highway 158 on Highway 137 in
    Glasscock County. Heavy rain has ended in the area, but it will
    take several more hours for flood waters to recede.
