    At 428 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
    thunderstorms along a line extending from Robinson to 9 miles west
    of Crawford to 11 miles southwest of Gatesville to 6 miles east of
    Bend. Movement was north at 20 mph.
    Winds in up to...or excess of 40 mph will be possible with these
    storms.
