* Until 930 PM CDT Monday.
* At 327 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain for locations
near and and just west of the Highway 281 corridor. The soils are
saturated in this area and excessive runoff will cause many
streams and creeks to exceed their banks resulting in flooding of
some low water crossings and other adjacent low lying areas.
Ponding of water is also likely near some highway underpasses and
in urban areas where drainage is poor.
