    * At 0215 PM Wednesday the stage was 30.39 feet.
    * Flood stage is 30 feet.
    * Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to end Wednesday
    afternoon.
    * Forecast...The river has crested and will continue to recede and
    fall below flood stage by Wednesday afternoon.
    * At 30 feet, minor lowland flooding is expected along the left bank.
