    At 417 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
    rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rainfall has
    occurred, with isolated pockets in excess of 4 inches. Flash
    flooding is expected to begin shortly.
