At 1151 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
that heavy rain was falling over the area. Over three inches of rain
have already fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. Uvalde
County Sheriff`s office reports multiple road closures, including
Hwy 55, FM 41, FM 140, and FM 1023.

Uvalde, Vanderpool, El Indio, Sabinal, Chula Vista, Laguna, Concan,
Darling, Uvalde Estates, Dabney, Cline, Anacacho, Reagan Wells,
Utopia, Rosita, Knippa, Blewett, Paloma, Rio Frio and Washer.
