    East central Matagorda County in southeastern Texas...
    Southeastern Harris County in southeastern Texas...
    * Until 615 AM CDT.
    * At 313 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    heavy rain due to showers and thunderstorms. This may cause minor
    flooding in the advisory area, especially where locally heavy
    rain has already fallen. Radar continues to indicate embedded
    cores with instantaneous rain rates of up to two to four inches
    per hour.

    Southeastern Pasadena, League City, Baytown, Galveston Causeway,
    Galveston Island West End, Texas City, Matagorda, Friendswood, La
    Porte, Deer Park, Lake Jackson, Alvin, Angleton, Dickinson, La
    Marque, Santa Fe, Freeport, Seabrook, Clute and Webster.
    Additional bouts of heavier rainfall separated by lulls of lighter
    rainfall are expected over the area during the remaining overnight
    hours. This additional rain will create continued potential for
    minor flooding.
