    An upper level disturbance will interact with freezing temperatures
    this morning to produce light freezing rain, possibly mixed with
    sleet. A trace to a few hundredths of an inch of ice accumulation
    are possible.

    TODAY...
    * WHAT...scattered areas of light freezing rain, possibly mixed
    with sleet. This will leave a glaze of ice on roadways,
    including bridges and overpasses.
    * WHERE...Along and east of a line from Clyde to San Angelo to
    Sonora.
    * WHEN...through Noon CST today.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Use caution on area roadways, especially
    on bridges and overpasses. Slow down and allow for extra time
