    * Local law enforcement and Texas Department of Transportation
    continue to report many secondary roads with flooded and
    impassible low water crossings in the warned area. Also, moderate
    to heavy rainfall will continue through this afternoon, with
    amounts 1 to 1.5 inches possible through 515 PM.
