DICKENS...LYNN...GARZA...KING...SOUTHEASTERN MOTLEY...COTTLE AND
STONEWALL COUNTIES...
At 643 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
minor flooding across most of the advisory area. Up to two inches of
rain have already fallen. The rain has come to an end in Lynn
County, but heavy rainfall of over two inches will take some time to
runoff. In Garza County, TXDoT has set up signs on portions of Hwy
84 to warn of water over the road. Heed these warnings.
