    730 AM CDT FOR CENTRAL LUBBOCK COUNTY...
    At 535 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated rain and isolated thunder.
    This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory
    area. Rainfall so far this morning has amounted to an inch to an
    inch and a quarter. This is likely causing minor street flooding
    throughout the city of Lubbock.

    Lubbock, Wolfforth, Shallowater, Idalou, Ransom Canyon, Texas Tech
    University, Lubbock International Airport, Downtown Lubbock, Lubbock
    South Plains Mall, Reese Center, New Deal and Lubbock Science
