    Kerr County in south central Texas...
    Gillespie County in south central Texas...
    Llano County in south central Texas...
    * Until 1145 PM CDT Monday
    * At 542 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Three inches of rain have fallen so far today in the advisory area
    and an additional inch of rainfall is expected as thunderstorms
    move across the advisory area. Llano County Emergency Management
    reported numerous road closures around the county earlier this
    afternoon with many locations experiencing minor flooding issues
    as additional rainfall turns to runoff given saturated conditions.

    Gainesville, Horseshoe Bay, Ingram, Hunt, Buchanan Lake Village,

    Park, Bluffton, Waltonia, Kerr Wildlife Management Area and Baby
    Head.
