    AFTERNOON...
    * WHAT...Freezing rain and sleet. Additional ice accumulations of
    a light glaze to a few hundredths of an inch are expected.
    * WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast and south central
    Texas, generally east of Interstate 35.
    * WHEN...Until 3 PM CST this afternoon.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The ice will result in very slippery
    conditions on sidewalks, roads and bridges.
