    * Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
    Fayette County in south central Texas...
    Northwestern Lavaca County in south central Texas...
    * Until 415 PM CDT
    * At 116 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to a line of
    showers and thunderstorms moving from northern Lavaca county to
    Fayette county. This will cause minor flooding. Overflowing poor
    drainage areas will result in minor flooding in these areas.
    Up to one inch of rain has already fallen the past few hours.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Yoakum, La Grange, Schulenburg, Shiner, Flatonia, Moulton,
    Fayetteville, Round Top, Carmine, Komensky, Swiss Alp, Henkhaus,
    Dubina, Rutersville, Warrenton, Engle, Ledbetter, Waldeck,
    Ammannsville and Mullins Prairie.
    Additional rainfall of one inch is possible over some of these
    locations. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
