    * Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
    * Minor flooding is occurring and it is expected to continue.
    * Forecast...The river is cresting this morning, and it is expected
    to fall below flood stage later today. Areas near this location
    should monitor the forecast as additional rainfall may increase the
    river level back to minor flooding.
    * At 30 feet, Minor flooding will occur along the river. Agriculture
    and livestock near the river will be impacted.
