    Northeastern La Salle County in south central Texas...

    * At 842 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    persistent showers thunderstorms over Northern La Salle County.
    This will cause small stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to
    1 1/2 inches of rain have already fallen and another 1/2 inch will
