    afternoon. Additional ice accumulations of a light glaze are
    expected.
    * WHERE...In Oklahoma, Jefferson County. In Texas, Foard,
    Wilbarger and Knox Counties.
    * WHEN...Until 3 PM CST this afternoon.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The ice this morning and any additional
    freezing drizzle will result in slippery conditions on
    sidewalks, roads and bridges.
