    * Until 1015 AM CDT.
    * At 613 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
    minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
    already fallen.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Seymour, Archer City, Munday, Knox City, Benjamin, Holliday,
    Scotland, Windthorst, Megargel, Goree, Red Springs, Dundee,
    Westover, Gilliland, Bomarton, Lake Kemp, Mabelle, Vera, Mankins
    and Lake Kickapoo.
    Additional rainfall of up to two inches is expected over the area.
    This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
