* At 637 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Up to four inches of rain has fallen across the
advisory area today and additional rainfall is expected through
the evening hours. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory
area. The Texas Department of Transportation is reporting numerous
road closures across the advisory area and additional rainfall
will only prolong these conditions.
