    The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a Wind
    Advisory, which is in effect from 8 AM this morning to 6 PM CST
    this evening.
    * TIMING...8 AM to 6 PM.
    * WINDS...North at 25 to 35 mph, with gusts to around 45 mph.
    * IMPACTS...Strong and gusty north winds may make driving
    difficult on east-west oriented roads, and blow around light,
    loose objects.
