    KIMBLE AND MASON COUNTIES...
    At 954 AM CDT, light showers continued across Kimble and Menard
    counties. This will produce 1/10 to 1/4 inch of rainfall through
    noon. Heavy rainfall of 2 to 6 inches has occurred since midnight.
    Six to over 8 inches has occurred in southeast Kimble and southern
    Mason counties in the last 24 hours. Texas DOT has indicated road
    closures of 377 south of Junction, FM 2168 east of Junction, RM 479
    east of Segovia, SH 71 east of Fredonia, FM 1871 and FM 2389 south
    of Mason. In addition, low water crossing are filled through Mason
    and Kimble counties. Big Saline creek south of London is full and 30
    feet high. Flash flooding is already occurring.

    87 Near The Mason-Gillespie County Line.

    River. Avoid driving in areas near the river as a flood wave moves
