    The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has issued a
    Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 11 AM CST this
    morning.
    * VISIBILITY...1/4 mile or less
    * IMPACTS...Dense fog will make for hazardous driving conditions
    this morning. Motorists will need to use caution on area
    roadways as dense fog will drastically reduce visibilities and
    reaction times. Use low beams and slow down when encountering
    dense fog.
