    NORTHERN ZAPATA COUNTY...
    At 1149 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
    heavy rain have moved into northeastern Zapata County. However,
    light to moderate rains continue in the warned area, and radar
    estimates 2 to 3 inches of rain has fallen in the warned area from S
    San Ygnacio to the Webb County line and along and north of FM 3169
    to the Jim Hogg County line.
    Rains are expected to taper off in the warned area shortly after
    midnight...and this warning will be allowed to expire at 1215 AM.
    Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Las Palmas and San Ygnacio.
