    index values this afternoon across all of South Texas. The heat
    index will generally be between 110 and 114 degrees across the
    area.
    ...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CDT THIS EVENING...
    * TEMPERATURE...Heat index values between 110 and 114 degrees
    through early this evening.
    * IMPACTS...Very hot temperatures will increase the risk of heat
    related illnesses, especially amongst the elderly, young
    children and persons with heart conditions.
