    * Until 815 PM CDT.
    * At 617 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
    urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Three to
    four inches of rain have fallen across the area throughout the day.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Alice, Ben Bolt, Alice Acres, Palito Blanco and Lake Alice.
    Additional rainfall of up to two inches may be possible over an area
    already saturated from previous rainfall. This additional rain will
    result in minor flooding.
