    * from Tuesday morning to Wednesday afternoon...Or until the warning
    is cancelled.
    * At 0900 PM Monday the stage was 18.59 feet.
    * Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
    * Minor flooding is forecast.
    * Forecast...The river should rise above flood stage by late Tuesday
    morning and continue to rise to a crest near 20 feet by Tuesday
    afternoon. The river should fall below flood stage after midnight
    Tuesday night.
    * At 20 feet, Minor flooding along the river reach is expected.
