    * until Thursday afternoon.
    * At 8 PM Wednesday the stage was 13.3 feet.
    * Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
    * Minor flooding is forecast.
    * Forecast...Rise above flood stage by late this evening and
    continue to rise to near 20.6 feet by after midnight tonight. The
    river will fall below flood stage by early tomorrow.
    * Impact...At 18 feet...minor lowland flooding will occur. Water
    will begin to approach Ranch Road 853.
