At 653 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to begin
shortly. Heavy rainfall continues across the warned area, which has
resulted in 1 to 2.5 inches of rainfall. Additional rainfall amounts
of 1 to 2 inches are possible, which will result in flash flooding,
especially across roadways, low lying areas, and low water
crossings.
