    .A strong, dry cold frontal passage will continue to bring strong
    northwest winds this evening and tonight. The strongest winds
    will begin to decrease from northwest to southeast later this
    evening and overnight, however, windy conditions will continue
    along the coast through Friday morning.

    * WINDS...Northwest 25 to 30 MPH with occasional gusts of 40 MPH.
